Calculation of release rate under reactor fire conditions penetrating the floor slab

There is a reactor that penetrates the floor; how should the release rate under fire conditions for this reactor be calculated? Should the wetted area be calculated for the entire reactor, or divided into the upper and lower sections of the floor and calculated separately, with the larger of the two values being taken? Above and below the floor slab are two fire compartments
In my opinion, the upper and lower floors of reactors that are connected by vertical passages should belong to the same fire compartment. Fire compartments can be divided vertically.
