The overhaul cycle should be determined based on the actual operating conditions of the unit. If the medium used in the unit tends to cause scaling, then the maintenance cycle needs to be determined considering the unit’s actual output, whether that’s every three years or every five years. 3. If abnormal vibrations or other faults occur during equipment operation, it is necessary to consider the actual situation before deciding whether to carry out maintenance according to the established cycle; in such cases, flexibility is required, and emergency repairs may be necessary; 4. Follow the equipment’s life cycle, and determine the maintenance schedule flexibly based on the bathtub curve principle ; 5. As for whether to carry out repairs in-house or outsource them, the choice should be made flexibly based on technical capabilities.
