Each case is handled on a case-by-case basis. Every valve is pressure-tested before leaving the factory, and 20% of them are still sampled upon arrival at the client’s site to ensure they meet the required standards.

The damage is usually to the appearance; random inspections are not a sign of distrust, but rather a way to ensure quality.
Is the valve seat material imported? If so, the problem should not be serious; it’s hard to say the same for materials available domestically. Apart from the reliability of the designed data, it is mainly a matter of the material used for the seals. Another question: I wonder if, when conducting pressure tests, you simply perform them once or twice, and consider it successful as long as there is no leakage. For a reliable pressure test, I recommend conducting it several times, with a longer holding time for the pressure. If not, it means the material of the sealing ring is suitable.
