What is a good leader and what is a bad leader? Do you agree? The best leaders are those whose presence goes unnoticed – think about it; when their presence isn’t felt, everything runs smoothly. What an excellent art of leadership that is! The second type of leader is the one who is praised. The third type of leader is one who is feared. The worst type of leader is one who is constantly criticized verbally by others.
I basically have no objections to these claims.
A good leader thinks about the company and its employees, while a poor leader thinks only about themselves.
The standards for what constitutes a good leader versus a poor leader vary from one employee to another. However, one thing remains constant: a good leader is one who pays you more so that you have to work less, and takes responsibility for any problems that arise – that’s what makes a leader good. Promoting you and not others makes you a good leader; as for poor leaders, there’s nothing to say about them: lol
A good leader needs an excellent team; one person cannot win over everyone’s hearts
Fully agree! ! ! But most of the leaders these days are of the fourth type! ! ! ! Several I’ve met are like this! When something goes wrong, first distance yourself and shift the blame; when there’s something good, be the first to step forward!
Our leaders are at the third and fourth levels!
More or less, that’s what it feels like.
An old colleague of mine said: There are only two qualities that make a good leader – either they have exceptional skills and can teach you a lot, or they are highly responsible and allow you to work freely. ====================== Of course, this assumes that one is a talented person. . . Those who are just there to do menial tasks aren’t fit to work under good leaders
