Are there any issues with pirated installations of ASPEN 7.2?

I work at a small refinery, and I want to use ASPEN to simulate one of the units in my plant, followed by writing a full paper on it. But almost no one in our factory has used simulation software, let alone the legitimate version. I have pirated version of ASPEN 7.2 – is it appropriate to install it on my office computer? I heard that ASPEN Company has monitoring capabilities; higher versions can carry out such monitoring. I’m not sure if version 7.2 has this feature, or whether it can be monitored by ASPEN Company. I wonder if this could lead to disputes. Help needed
Using pirated versions is illegal, but it is acceptable for personal learning purposes. ASPEN reserves the right to take action, so find another solution for the paper issue.
Do you think there are more computers with pirated ASPEN installed, or more with pirated WINDOW installed? Have you heard that Microsoft has sued Chinese individual piracy users?
Personal computers are definitely fine, but company computers are different.
