This needs to be determined based on the fuel gas pressure required by your furnace, as well as various parameters of your fuel! It makes no sense to just say things out of thin air
Our company uses fire arrestor filters with a mesh size of 300 mesh and a pressure difference of 0.02 MPa.
Depending on the medium quality of the gas, the required gas flow rate and the area of the filter are determined; we use filters with a precision of over 200 mesh
We recycle a portion of the desulfurization dry gas; several dedicated burners often get clogged in the flame arrestors due to poor quality, so we switch to backup burners, remove them for cleaning. If the pressure difference is too high, removing and cleaning it can still solve the problem; it mainly depends on the quality of the gas
