Haven’t driven yet, have you? The GE gasification technology was chosen as it is well-established for use in China, representing a stable approach. The Trina Solar Ordos coal chemical project is developed through a joint venture involving Sinopec Corporation, China National Coal Energy Group Corporation, Shenneng Group Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia Manshi Coal Group Company. The project includes the construction of facilities for processing 25 million tons of coal per year, 3.6 million tons of methanol (an intermediate product) per year, 1.3 million tons of olefins per year, as well as other supporting facilities.
The project is large and has been under construction for a long time; however, the area in Tuk is too desolate and not very suitable for young people to live in.
It’s indeed a large project; several friends have been there, and a few others have just gone there. The environmental impact assessment for the early stages of the project is too slow, and the location is also too remote!
