The reasons for carbon slippage in Ende furnaces include: irregular operation of the furnace during startup or production, with large slag masses at the entrance of the ash discharge pipe; since the amount of ash discharged is greater than the amount of material fed in, this leads to carbon slippage; Another issue is leakage from the ash discharge machine, which causes carbon slippage ; Sliding carbon can easily lead to a decrease in the material level inside the furnace; improper operation may result in the accumulation of slag again, that is, slag sticking to the nozzle ; To reduce carbon slippage, one method is not to empty the material in the ash storage tank completely each time ash is discharged, leaving half of it there ; If it’s the ash discharge pump that is leaking, stopping the water supply will resolve the issue ; Since it has been confirmed that there are slag blocks in the ash discharge pump inlet pipe, we will wait for an opportunity to shut down the furnace for cleaning.
