Why can’t some blocks be moved when stretched?

As the title suggests, some blocks do not move when using the stretch command, while others do move. Which parameter controls this behavior?
This post was last edited by wyf600 on 2015-9-21 00:56. Please upvote it yourself; I hope experts can give some guidance. After entering the s command, select the entire block in the left box; after stretching it, some blocks can be moved while others cannot – I’m not sure why that is.
