I’m begging all the experts here – it’s my senior year graduation project, and I need to submit it soon{:1_90:}
Why isn’t anyone replying? I’m so disappointed
What are you thinking about? I can at most provide you with some blocks here; don’t expect to get something for nothing
So, has no one answered my question yet? It’s okay; I’ll come and check every day
I guess no one will give it to you. If you have any questions you don’t understand, feel free to ask. But something ready-made? There definitely isn’t any.
The process flow diagrams and equipment layouts for ethylene oxide are considered confidential information of each factory, and they are not shared casually unless within industry associations. But universities these days are quite good too; when I graduated, I was involved in designing part of an ethylene plant, even though I didn’t know anything about ethylene production processes at that time.
However, there is a principle for equipment layout: using the central main corridor as an axis, with the towers and frames arranged on either side of it. The air coolers are located at the top of the main corridor, while the pumps are situated below it. The oxygen mixing station is located on one side of the device (some patents include an explosion-proof wall, while others do not)
Isn’t that the case in universities these days? Students are asked to create a design without knowing anything about it, and it doesn’t matter whether what they produce is correct or not; as long as it’s submitted, that’s enough
I’ll leave my email address so I can send you some references.
