For the inspection of pressure vessels, in addition to internal inspections, external inspections are also conducted to determine whether it is permissible. For example, in the case of vessels containing catalysts, it is necessary to determine whether the requirements can be met through external inspections without removing the catalysts. Additionally, does the relevant inspection authority approve this approach?
