Observing from the regeneration tower, it was found that the sulfur foam overflowing had turned black, resembling tar foam. Is it tar? If so, where did it come from?

Our supervisor here said that too little catalyst was used; without sulfur foam, tar was produced. So he asked each shift to use 2 additional packs of catalyst.
What is the kerosene dust level behind the blower?
The primary cooler is fine; it’s just the electrostatic precipitator that isn’t working properly. Don’t listen to your idiot boss
It’s either tar or washing oil. The former may be due to electric capture, or it may be because of the high temperature of the gas after initial cooling

The electrostatic tar catcher used in the previous process did not perform well; it is necessary to check whether the secondary voltage is appropriate. Additionally, switch to the backup equipment and use ammonia spray for cleaning, in the hope that better efficiency will be achieved once it is put back into use
