An oven is fed with 80 Nm3/h of oxygen with a purity of 97-98%; coke is generally added every few hours, and how much is added each time? May I ask again if the temperature of the furnace is kept at around 400°C? Does this furnace require a dedicated ash discharge system? How many oxygen nozzles are there per furnace, and how is it designed? Is the pressure 30 Kpa? Has anyone done it? Let’s exchange ideas! Thanks!
Are you going to remodel it or something? The oxygen flow is only 80 Nm3/h; this furnace is really too small. If you’re interested, you can send a message within the site to communicate
