Refined oil: Morning update on Shandong’s local refining market (20150921). International oil prices are performing poorly, which has led to a decline in the sales of gasoline and diesel by local refineries in Shandong. Gasoline prices have dropped from high levels, while the decline in diesel prices has been relatively moderate, with estimates suggesting a drop of 30–100 yuan per ton.
