Regulations on the management of storage tank instruments

I would like to ask everyone: does anyone have the installation regulations for instruments in tank areas? For what volume of tanks and what type of tanks are temperature and pressure instruments required? Cylinders of what volume do not require the installation of a remote level gauge?
This can be set according to one’s own requirements: gas detectors for flammable and toxic gases are necessary, as well as level gauges. Both on-site and remote monitoring capabilities are required, and it’s advisable to have thermometers as well.
Request safety regulations; the tank area is now a major hazard source
Basically, as mentioned on the second floor, since it is a major source of hazard, it would be best to add video surveillance.
Who has any national standards specifying this? We are currently identifying the shortcomings. It seems that storage tanks below 100 cubic meters do not require remote monitoring instruments; professional assistance is sought.
