In my personal view, when a leader oversees a team, it means guiding the team in its work; at that time, the responsibilities fall on the team leader, who must fulfill the duties of a team leader； Leading the shift is an extension of their work, and their responsibilities are those associated with their leadership position.
Leading a team means that a leader oversees a department to complete specific tasks. Being on duty means fulfilling leadership responsibilities as scheduled during off-normal working hours; the tasks and responsibilities associated with being on duty should be determined in accordance with the relevant regulations
