Hello, everyone! I would like to ask how to measure the volume of a reaction vessel: currently we buy wooden pieces on which we mark the scales ourselves and then fill them with water; I’m not sure if there are any ready-made tools for marking such scales available. Everyone can also share the measurement methods used in their own companies; your advice is welcome!
We use ultrasonic level gauges and other measuring devices based on the customer’s materials
Use a radar level gauge, or a magnetic flap level gauge
Flip-board level gauge and magnetic float level gauge
The key point is that our company deals in dyes, and flip-top level gauges and magnetic float level gauges are not easy to clean! Meters such as ultrasonic level gauges for measuring such high-end items are probably not needed here
It is recommended that you consult the manufacturer of the reactor; since others are unaware of the specific parameters of your reactor, they are unable to determine the relationship between the scale and the volume.

A level gauge can be used; this shouldn’t be too difficult
Is the poster trying to measure the actual volume of the reaction vessel, or the volume of the material during the reaction?
Didn’t the reactor I bought come with a volume label? Water can also be metered and injected into the kettle to make the calculation.
