Communication issues between the controller and the operation station?

The on-site AB PLC communicates with the operator station via network cables connected to the controller’s network ports; communication is not possible using ordinary network cables. Communication is possible with shielded network connectors about 5 meters in length, but it is not possible when using shielded connectors that are 20 meters long Solve?
Personally, I think it’s a wiring issue; take a network cable about 20 meters long to the office and test its quality there.

If using network communication, try adding a switch in between. . .
Using optical cables to reduce interference should eliminate the problem
