How to maintain the magnetic-sealed plain bearings in high-pressure reactors? I hope some friends can provide some improved magnetic seals for kettles, as the magnetic seals used in our factory often suffer from damage to the plain bearings.
The biggest problem with magnetic stirrers lies in the bearings, which are in direct contact with the liquid in the gas-phase reaction; however, the material of these bearings limits their use in corrosive substances

This is also an issue we have been paying attention to; we replace it every six months~ which is a bit troublesome! There is no good solution. It’s difficult to handle poor lubrication of bearings, and high-temperature grease can also enter the reaction system – the bearings are in direct contact with the material system!
