A newcomer who doesn’t know how to seek advice from experienced teachers: 1. Are there any ready-made products available for mechanical seal dynamic pressure testing benches? 2. If not, what parameters should be set if one decides to build one oneself, such as pressure and rotational speed? 3. What is an appropriate rotational speed for dynamic pressure testing of mechanical seals when they leave the factory (assuming it is for testing purposes, since the rotational speed of the pump is unknown)?
If it’s not from a sealing manufacturer, then why do you buy this thing? The test bench has low-speed and high-speed modes. Moreover, just a test bench is not enough; test fixtures are also required, with one fixture corresponding to each type of seal, along with appropriate air supply and oil supply systems. . . .
