Petrochemical Section Special Award: Haichuan Forum’s activity for sharing and uploading “the most practical general forms and various manuals”, with section-specific rewards

It’s time to take it out and show it off. ;P In order to enrich the forum’s resource library and provide practical assistance to sailors in their daily work, the forum is organizing this sharing and uploading campaign to collect various generic forms used in different jobs, as well as instruction manuals and user guides for various devices and tools, along with various general learning materials and documentation. The rules for this activity are as follows: 1. Scope of submission: 1) Operation manuals, instruction books, and guides for all chemical-related mechanical equipment, instruments, and devices. 2) Original work instructions prepared by the users themselves. 3) Various general forms and documents. 2. Duration of the activity: December 1, 2016 – May 30, 2017. 3. Requirements for posting: 1) Please include screenshots along with the content, and provide a brief introduction as indicated when posting ； 2) The title must indicate the name of the application scenario (the official name given in the operation manual or instructions) as well as the model, so that it can be easily searched for later; the title is very important ； Upload section for activities: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/forum-339-1.html Additional notes: a. For general tables and learning/document-related materials, the title must indicate the full name and the place where it will be used; the manufacturer’s name may be included, but your own company name or purely promotional material should not be used ； b. For content of the same type, product descriptions of the same company, uploaded by the same user, uploads are allowed only within the same topic (the order in which they are displayed is determined by the moderators of the Petrochemicals section) ； c. Do not post content subject to copyright disputes, nor any confidential material; you are responsible for the consequences. 4. Reward criteria: This event features phased award evaluations, with awards including: Immediate Reward, Most Enthusiastic Participant Award, and the Most Popular Award in each category. Immediate Reward: Anyone who participates in the event, posts a topic in the designated section as required, and submits a valid entry will receive a reward of +10 Wealth per topic, based on the moderator’s evaluation; in addition, the system automatically grants +2 Participation Points per topic (multiple documents under the same topic earn additional points, with original documents receiving a Wealth bonus of up to 30). Most Popular Award in Each Category: Until the end of the event, within each category, the top 20 to 200 entries will be selected through a combination of scores given by the organizing team’s judges and limited voting. The winners will receive a Haichuan commemorative water bottle or a Haichuan souvenir (the exact item will be specified in the award announcement). These awards may be distributed every 1–2 months during the event period. Most Active Participants: Starting from the beginning of the event, the top 3 participants who share the most documents in each single month (with at least 50 shares per month) will receive HAICHUAN souvenirs: a Xiaomi bracelet, a power bank, or a commemorative water bottle (selected randomly). Final Most Active Participant Award: 1–3 winners will receive either a Redmi phone or an external hard drive (the exact prize will be specified in the award announcement post). For every 100 topics, one participant will be selected to receive 100 wealth points plus 100 participation points (an evaluation is done every 1,000 topics; these participation points can be used to draw prizes from the golden eggs, and during the event, the prizes available for drawing have been increased by N times). Regional Participation Awards: Members and moderators from different regions who participate in this event should create topics using the format “Petroleum Region + normal title” so as to ensure clarity. Reviews are conducted every 1-2 months, with rankings based on the level of participation and quality; a reward of up to 2000 Haichuan coins is given each time. First additional period: From December 1 to December 10, the region that posts the most topics will receive 2 additional Haichuan commemorative water cups. The top 2 individuals who post the most topics during this period will receive 1 additional Haichuan commemorative water cup each. Note: 1. There is no limit on the number of times a single ID can participate ； 2.
