Mix concentrated alkali with dilute alkali; it is best to feed them into the storage tank. Two control valves are used to regulate the flow rates of the concentrated alkali and soft water, and proportional control is employed to adjust these flow rates
For small-scale, intermittent demand, it is better to use storage tanks. If there is a large amount of continuous demand, pipeline mixing can be used
To stabilize the concentration, it is recommended to equip the storage tank accordingly. But you can choose according to your usage amount. If the flow rate is very low, pipe spraying can be considered.

Anyway, we use a storage tank setup: after adding concentrated alkali and deionized water, we stir it with air.
Use a storage tank, and add a circulation pump to ensure even mixing.
Does diluting a concentrated alkali release heat? This aspect needs to be improved, I guess
Two control valves, two flow meters; the fluids are mixed in the pipes and then fed into the plate heat exchanger before entering the tank.

This is how we do it: concentrated alkali and softened water are fed into the storage tank in a certain ratio via control valves; nitrogen gas is introduced into the tank to facilitate mixing, and a sampler is installed at the outlet for the dilute alkali.
