The process involves boiling roasting of sulfur-containing gold concentrate, wet purification through adiabatic evaporation, and a flue gas acid production system; there is a considerable amount of acid sludge adhered to the screens in the drying tower as well as on the pipes downstream. What are the main components of this acid sludge?

I have worked on the acid sludge at the bottom of large tanks used for storing concentrated sulfuric acid, with siliceous substances making up 80% of it. It has no practical value
The acid sludge from our non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises contains about 30% Pb, and about 15% of the rare element selenium; the contents of other elements are unknown as no tests have been conducted.
The main component of acid sludge is likely Fe2(SO4)3, along with dust, liquid sulfur ash, impurities, acid mist, and substances mixed in as a result of the pulverization of vanadium catalysts. I’m not sure if it’s correct?
