Location of the liquid air extraction port in the lower column and control of the liquid air level in the lower column

According to the installation drawings, the location of the oxygen-enriched liquid air outlet at the top of the tower is 350 mm above the reference height; the reference height is the junction between the lower tower body and the bottom head of the tower. So what level should be set for controlling the liquid air level?
Follow the operating parameters provided by the manufacturer; since heat exchange is not involved, it’s sufficient to simply cover the pipe opening~~
One more question: whose design is this? Can the extraction opening be designed at the bottom of the head?~~
