The specific consumption rate of wash oil is 100; the detailed data is provided below. Could everyone please help analyze whether this is due to operational control issues? The data seems to indicate so. I’ve also been on-site to supervise operations; they’ve been making adjustments, but it’s difficult to maintain proper control. If it’s so hard to control, how can we make improvements? I’d really appreciate everyone’s help. At our plant’s Coke Plant No. 2, control is quite good—the wash oil consumption rate there is just over 30. Meanwhile, at Coke Plant No. 1, slag discharge occurs frequently, practically every day. I believe operational factors play a major role here; dedicated personnel should be assigned to oversee operations on-site. However, I’ve just joined the Production Department and haven’t yet graduated from school, so I lack sufficient experience. I truly want to resolve this issue; please help me out.
