Use a spectrophotometer to determine this; prepare an SCN solution and create a working curve. First estimate the Fe concentration; this will improve the accuracy when preparing the working curve. The working curve was prepared using the 5-point method; the characteristic absorption wavelength was selected, and acetonitrile was used as the solvent.
