We are materialists, so we ignore all this. But can you cook meat? Can you prepare seafood dishes? Can you guarantee that eating the food you prepare will prevent diarrhea or cancer? Eating meat is necessary, and it must be cooked thoroughly; eating raw meat will not cause diarrhea.
I’m not very good at preparing seafood. For meats such as ribs, they are blanched in water to remove any fishy taste and blood. My personal cooking style involves using a lot of seasoning, which is an unhealthy way of preparing food; it’s better to use less salt and opt for a lighter flavor.
