Need help with the support and hanger issues at the junction of straight pipe sections and elbows

The situation is as follows: it is a circular cold air duct with dimensions of 1420x5, and its height is 5 meters. A structural beam 350 wide has been installed at the point where a horizontal elbow connects to the horizontal straight section of the duct; therefore, supports can only be placed at this location. However, the center line of these supports lies right at the weld between the straight section and the elbow. The design manual for supports states that they should be placed at a distance of 150 mm from the welds. My question is: is it acceptable to design the pipe supports in such a way that the weld area remains exposed? . .
A certain distance of support is included within the weld to prevent wear on the weld when the pipeline expands due to heat. Now the space in the middle of the pipe rack is empty; we need to see how much displacement there is.
After it is cleared, the weld in the middle is 70 mm away from each pipe support on the sides; since it is a cold air duct, considering temperature differences under extreme weather conditions, the expansion amount is only 0.3 mm.
