For a 20% ammonia storage tank, with a sunshade installed above the tank and a spray water cooling system in place, is it necessary to install a flame arrestor vent? Is it necessary to divide the explosion zones?

According to Article 4.4.4 of \"Electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres – Part 14: Classification of hazardous areas\": Experience shows that ammonia is difficult to ignite, and any gas release in the outdoors will disperse rapidly; therefore, the expansion of the explosive gas atmosphere can be ignored.
