Dear sea friends, could you tell me which brands are good for the new hydrogen compressors and reciprocating hydrogen circulators used in hydrogenation units? What are their advantages and disadvantages? Domestic products; not imported!
For the new hydrogen compressors and hydrogen circulation pumps (reciprocating type) in hydrogenation units, we have used those made by Bengbu, Laiyang, Weifang, and Yuanda.

There are many compressor manufacturers; in China, these include Wuxi Compressor, Shenyang Yuanda, Shenyang Jiaxin, Beijing Jin Kaiwei, Weifang Shengjian, Shenhua Group, Shaanxi Gas Turbine Group, and others. In terms of technical expertise, Shenhua Group and Shaanxi Gas Turbine Group are certainly excellent, but they specialize in high-flow compressors, with centrifugal and axial flow types being their strengths. As for reciprocating compressors, both Shenyang Yuanda and Wuxi produce high-quality products, with Wuxi’s being considered superior – its compressors utilize Japanese Kobe Steel technology and follow the same standards. There are slight differences in some materials used compared to Yuanda’s products, but these do not affect the quality. Brands like Jin Kaiwei and Shengjian are definitely cheaper, but their quality is lower. For safety reasons, it is recommended to choose a reputable brand. The situation is not good this year, and prices have been kept quite low. Be sure not to be deceived by other smaller manufacturers – after all, the compressor in such systems is a key component, and it’s essential to ensure quality as well as proper after-sales service. A compressor is not just a single machine; it is an entire set of equipment and service systems.
