For example, if maintenance work is being carried out inside some equipment outdoors and a thunderstorm occurs, should the work be stopped and everyone evacuate the site, or can the work continue? If it is to prevent electric shock (lightning strikes), I think the container will have a shielding effect on electrical charges, so it should be safer than being outdoors, right? It’s just a theoretical discussion; if I actually encountered such a situation, I would choose to stop the maintenance work.
It seems that welding operations are not allowed when the humidity is below 90%. Wind speeds of level 6 do not permit lifting operations.
