In the past, there were few manufacturers of mass flow meters, but now they can be found everywhere. Gaon, Kolon, Yokogawa, E+H, Siemens, and ABB are all imported brands. Domestic Xi’an Dongfeng
For mass flowmeters, Emerson’s are the best, though they are also more expensive. As alternative options, one can consider E+H, Yokogawa, and Kolon. As for Siemens and ABB, based on my personal experience, I don’t really recommend them. Personally, I can provide you with a selection table from E+H free of charge for your reference
I agree with what was said above. We have used over a hundred mass flow meters here, and 90% of them are from Emerson; followed by those from E+H, which work fairly well. There are only a few flow meters from Coriolis, and they tend to break down quickly – it might be related to the type of material being handled. We’ve had a few Yokogawa flow meters in use for ten years now, and we’ve had to replace one of them.
Recently, there has also been an imported brand called Canadian Watson entering the Chinese market; some say it operates under a OEM arrangement. It’s cheap. It still depends on your requirements for accuracy; what was said above covers pretty much everything. It depends on what you’re pursuing; there are few companies that can achieve meter-level precision. Whether focusing on high precision, quality, or price, each company has its own series at different price points, ranging from low-end to high-end. I need to think it over carefully.
The Cologne mass flow meter is good; it can also measure density
In the market for imported brand mass flow meters, Emerson holds the highest share; E+H comes next. Mass flow meters are generally capable of measuring density, and E+H’s density meters are widely used in desulfurization and denitration processes.
The best mass flow meters are still those from Emerson
Can a mass flow meter measure concentration?
If there is a good correlation between density and concentration, then it’s possible to measure the concentration
Do you want to measure the concentration? There are concentration meters available; do you need one?
