Questions: 1. If there is a construction project, such as the project for producing antioxidant RD, and the products of this project do not fall under the category of WEI*AN chemicals, but its raw materials—propane, aniline, hydrochloric acid, and caustic soda—all are WEI*AN chemicals, and large amounts of propane and aniline are used in the production process, does this project still qualify as a WEI*AN chemicals construction project? 2. “WEI*AN Chemicals production and storage construction project” – does “storage” here refer to storage that corresponds to production, or does it also include storage tanks and similar elements within the production facilities? 3.
