There is a construction method for large storage tanks known as the internal scaffolding erection method. I have never encountered it in my work, and the descriptions I’ve seen in books are not very clear either. I would like to ask: 1. Is the tripod used to lay the stepping boards left inside the tank permanently, without being removed? 2. Are the stairwells or ramps that provide access to the upper and lower levels permanently remaining inside the tank without being removed? 3. How is the mobile cart used for construction on the outside of the tank wall attached to it? If there are any pictures or videos, please provide them. External trolleys are suitable for the installation of various large-scale storage tanks, and most automatic welding machines come with trolleys built into them ； Internal scaffolding is suitable for floating roof tanks: Usually, in order to reduce work at heights inside the tank and save time on installation (water filling tests), the floating deck is prepared first; water filling is carried out simultaneously with the installation of the wall panels, so that the height of the floating deck increases as the storage tank rises, allowing workers to carry out their tasks on the top of the floating deck ； Fixed-roof storage tanks can also use internal scaffolding; as the tank wall rises, the scaffolding supports are welded in place. The mention of 2–3 layers of scaffolding is due to the fact that most of the work is carried out on the uppermost layers of the scaffolding ； Remember, when grinding the supports for scaffolding inside fixed-roof storage tanks, it must be done from the top down, so that the scaffolding can be removed by laying the supports in the same order again.

The tank wall trolley is mounted on the tank wall using rollers, and it is supported by two universal wheels at its bottom； For the internal scaffolding, butterfly plates are welded to the wall panels before their installation; after the wall panels are in place, a three-legged scaffold is set up to lay steel treads and railings. The steel treads are secured together with wire, and generally two or three layers of scaffolding are used in sequence as one goes higher.
How is the lower scaffold removed and moved upwards? What is the specific construction process?
