How should synthetic rubber without fabric or containing a small amount of asbestos fibers be understood? Is it NBR rubber? What is the value of m y for ordinary NBR gaskets?
Nitrile rubber can be considered to fall under the category of \"synthetic rubber without fabric or with only a small amount of asbestos fibers.\" As for the m and y values of nitrile rubber, they depend on the rubber hardness level you choose. In Table 7-2, there should be options for the m and y values in the two rows corresponding to hardness levels of 75 or greater, and less than 75.
