It is definitely necessary; the method is as follows: 1. Establish the liquid level. 2. When driving, the waste boiler uses steam supplied from the bottom to preheat the boiler water, gradually increasing the temperature. The heating (cooling) rate ≤ 40°C/h. 3. The continuous blowdown from the drum, as well as the periodic blowdown from the waste boiler and the bottom of the drum, should be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations for boiler operation. 4. The steam valve for connecting to the waste boiler must be closed, and preheating should continue until the steam pressure in the waste boiler is equal to or close to the preheating steam pressure used.
