The purging plan should still be prepared based on one’s own process flow and site conditions. The format of the plan is generally the same, but the content needs to be tailored accordingly to the specific site conditions and processes. Purging must be carried out thoroughly for each pipeline, and qualification standards as well as criteria for testing must be established. Make sure all the inspection tools are ready.

People can enter the inlet and outlet of the air compressor to carry out cleaning tasks. The packing in the pre-cooling system and the molecular sieve adsorbents are not installed; thereafter, the pipes are purged. Valves are removed when necessary, and instruments are taken apart as well. Once everything is satisfactory, they are reinstalled, and the purification process continues for the subsequent sections. Blowing is carried out in stages: the air compressor pipes are cleaned manually, while the pipes of the booster are cleaned through manual blasting. After that, pre-cooling, purification, cooling, and distillation are all performed in stages; only after one stage is completed can the next one begin. Our approach follows this sequence roughly. Finally, it should be noted that the plan needs to be reviewed together by everyone!
