Do the major chlor-alkali companies in China currently have their own R&D teams? ? What is the main focus of research and development in each case? ? Electrode material or separator material? ?
Most don’t, I believe. Dongyue is researching membrane materials
There are probably no genuine R&D efforts; rather, there are some companies that introduce technologies through digestion and absorption, and then bring them to the market after applying them in practice, such as Binhua.
Small and medium-sized enterprises cannot do this.
Don’t forget, there’s also Beihua Machinery, which has its own base.
