Question regarding the number of instrument control points for wet flue gas desulfurization in circulating fluidized bed boilers

We plan to install wet flue gas desulfurization systems on these two boilers of 75 capacity and one boiler of 130 capacity. Currently, someone has asked us to determine the number of analog and digital input/output points for these three boilers. I hope that gentleman can give me a rough idea, and I would be extremely grateful if he could also provide information on the number of devices available! ~~~~
Let whoever teaches you or buys the equipment be the one to keep track of the scores. Do I still need to count the points on my own boiler?
I’ll ask to find out who bought it; the problem is that even our workshop supervisor might not know. . . Then other leaders asked us to do some statistics, so I’d like to ask for some existing examples – just giving an approximate number will be enough
1. Use the PID diagram to count on it. 2. Open the control cabinet to check the wiring on the card holder. 3. If nothing else works, go and investigate on the spot. Don’t forget to include the margin as well. It’s still best to be able to find the original delivery documents. This is my personal opinion for reference only.
