What do you think is the most important thing to do for environmental protection?
This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2015-10-9 at 21:53 – penalties mean no leniency. At least in the internal management of our company over these past two years, it has indeed produced significant results.
The most important thing is to seek truth from facts and act in accordance with the law. . . .
The most important thing is to treat everyone equally
For businesses, it is necessary to plan ahead for end-of-pipe treatment and ensure smooth operation. The upstream processes must be continuously improved to reduce waste generation, and proper intermediate sorting and treatment are also essential
At the beginning, strict measures must be taken; it is necessary to instill a sense of safety among employees at the conceptual level, and then continuously improve safety management through appropriate systems, so that a sense of safety becomes the norm;
Sometimes, even though you know where the problem lies, there’s simply no way to solve it. First is the difficulty of supervision; some business owners with poor environmental awareness often take advantage of regulatory gaps and blind spots to operate and film illegally. Some of those small, highly polluting enterprises that are explicitly banned can go from construction to operation in just a few hours; others can install their main equipment on tricycles and operate illegally in remote areas. When law enforcement arrives, they abandon their worthless equipment and flee on those tricycles. Second is the difficulty in governance: there are few large, capable enterprises in the county, and most small and medium-sized enterprises lack funds; they have the intention to control pollution but lack the means to do so. This is even more true for workshop-style enterprises in rural areas. Third is the difficulty in law enforcement; environmental protection is essentially a systemic issue, but in practice, environmental protection agencies find it hard to escape the situation of having to carry out their tasks on their own. The relevant departments claim to work as a unified team, but in reality they act independently. So I think environmental protection requires **efforts from both policies and enterprises.
In my opinion, the most important task at present is to foster an awareness of environmental protection. Only when everyone understands the importance of protecting the environment and takes initiative to safeguard it can our environment be purified.
The most important task is to raise environmental awareness among everyone; only by improving the overall quality of the population can true environmental protection be achieved! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
