Dear sea friends, for hydrogen tanks that have undergone caustic soda hydrogen treatment, what should be done if it is found that they are stuck while in use, and adjusting the hydrogen pressure does not result in much change in the liquid level of the tank?
Proceed with the processing while maintaining stable gas supply to the downstream system.
It’s most likely that the central barrel of the gas tank is stuck, and the balance isn’t properly adjusted; the pressure blocks above need to be adjusted so that the central barrel remains vertical
Has the temperature in your area reached freezing point already? Is the bell jar frozen?

May I ask the original poster: which organization do you work for, and how is the process for hydrogen gas cylinders configured?
Take a look at the block there and adjust it with a jack
