1. Establish and improve the responsibility system for the prevention and control of occupational diseases, strengthen management in this area, raise the level of such prevention and control, and assume responsibility for the occupational disease hazards generated within the organization. 2. Actively adopt effective technologies, processes, equipment, and materials for the prevention and control of occupational diseases ; Restrict the use of, or phase out, technologies, processes, equipment, and materials that pose serious risks of occupational diseases. 3. Where there are hazard factors for occupational diseases listed in the catalog of occupational diseases in the workplace, it is necessary to promptly and truthfully report such hazards to the local work safety supervision and management department so as to be under supervision. 4. The following management measures for the prevention and control of occupational diseases shall be adopted: (1) Establish or designate an occupational health management agency or organization, and assign full-time or part-time occupational health managers to be responsible for the prevention and control of occupational diseases within the unit ; (II) Formulate plans and implementation schemes for the prevention and control of occupational diseases ; (III) Establish and improve occupational health management systems and operating procedures ; (IV) Establish and improve occupational health records and worker health surveillance records ; (5) Establish and improve a monitoring and evaluation system for occupational disease hazards in the workplace ; (VI) Establish and improve emergency rescue plans for occupational disease hazard incidents. 5. Effective occupational disease prevention facilities must be employed, and personal protective equipment for occupational diseases must be provided to workers. 6. New technologies, processes, equipment, and materials that are conducive to preventing occupational diseases and protecting workers’ health should be given priority, gradually replacing those technologies, processes, equipment, and materials that pose serious risks of occupational diseases. 7. Provide workers with occupational health training prior to starting work, as well as regular occupational health training during their employment; disseminate knowledge on occupational health; urge workers to comply with laws, regulations, rules, and operating procedures related to the prevention and control of occupational diseases; and guide workers on the proper use of equipment for protecting against occupational diseases and personal protective gear. 8. Establish occupational health surveillance records for workers and maintain them properly within the specified time frame. 9. The occupational health surveillance records shall include the worker’s occupational history, history of exposure to occupational disease hazards, results of occupational health examinations, and other personal health information related to the diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases.
