Configuration King issues with network communication between two computers

Computers A and B. When A acts as an IO server, B can read data from A ； But the reverse is not possible. After repeated verification, the problem seems to lie in the network service settings of Computer A. Could anyone please help?
The issue has been resolved; the server’s firewall was restricting communication with NetGenius. All that’s needed is to allow “NetGenius” to pass through the firewall
The servers we use don’t have firewalls or anything of the kind; they’re completely unprotected. . . Firewalls, things like 360, make the system more complex. . .
