Can water containing chloride ions be pumped using polypropylene pumps?

Our wastewater contains a high level of chloride ions; we plan to add two more wastewater pumps. Would it be okay to use reinforced polypropylene for the pump bodies? Are they resistant to chlorine?
The lifespan of reinforced polypropylene materials is not long; it is recommended to use fluoroplastics, as the price difference is not significant. Of course, you also need to consider whether there are particulate impurities in your wastewater

When there is a high concentration of chloride ions, it is better to use fluorinated lining; our previous batch of polypropylene pumps suffered damage, so we replaced them with those equipped with fluorinated lining at the beginning of the year, and they are performing very well now.
