Several magnetic pumps were selected for the project, and magnetic filters were installed in accordance with the specifications. So, there is such a question: will the magnetic field generated by the magnets in the magnetic filter affect the proper operation of the magnetic pump? Are there any requirements regarding a safe distance in this regard?
Installation will not be affected; the distance is sufficient
It won’t have any impact; the magnetic field of a magnetic pump is contained within it, and it’s a near-field magnetic field – once the distance exceeds a few dozen millimeters, its effect is minimal.
Thank you all for your advice. I also asked the supplier, and they said that for customers who request filters, they install filters directly at the inlet of the equipment, so it seems there is no impact.
