As the title suggests, I need three sets of 4-20mA signals. However, signal distributors from well-known brands all have a configuration of one input and two outputs; while there are those with one input and four outputs, they are from brands I’ve never heard of. Is it possible to use two signal distributors of the type one input and two outputs – connecting one distributor first, and then using one of the two output signals from that distributor to feed another distributor, thereby achieving one input and three outputs? I’m not sure if this is feasible ?
A brand name doesn’t guarantee that a product is good; it’s better to use one that allows four outputs per input. Facilitates problem analysis
A four-channel output isolation module will suffice; such modules are mature in terms of technology and not expensive, and many instrument manufacturers have them. As long as the devices are not produced in manual workshops, their quality can generally be guaranteed. It is possible to consult several instrument manufacturers for information.
The factory has Pneumatics, Weidmüller, and domestic brands of equipment; the Pneumatics and Weidmüller units have been in use for 8 years without any problems, while the domestic ones usually last around two years
First, connect a distributor; then connect another distributor to one of the two signals generated by it, thereby achieving a one-input-three-output configuration. This is feasible, but the signal error might be somewhat significant.
