The hydrogenation catalyst in the workshop is now showing a reddish color; the degree of hydrogenation is low, which results in a bright red hue. I would appreciate it if experts could offer some advice. Current reaction conditions: reactor pressure of 6.5 MPa, reactor inlet temperature of 350 degrees, with a temperature increase of 34–40 degrees
I just know that redness might be caused by a high level of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. As for what to do about it, I still don’t know; I’ve only been in this field for a few days. I’ll see what others say and learn from them*
If the bright red color is indeed caused by a low degree of hydrogenation, then it is necessary to increase the depth of the hydrogenation reaction. Increase the inlet temperature appropriately; however, under your current reaction conditions, the outlet temperature is already quite high, so the range for increasing the temperature is likely limited. Alternatively, consider raising the reaction pressure a bit.
Apart from color, are the other parameters of the diesel product normal? Appropriately increase the depth, improve the purity of the recycled hydrogen, and check whether there are any leaks in the diesel heat exchanger

Is it a newly commissioned plant? It also occurred after production for some time; I personally think it was caused by a change in the raw materials.
