Product quality: refers to one or several inherent characteristics of a product that are necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. It always seems to me that quality and standard are definitions (in terms of systems). But on a deeper level, it feels as though quality is one tier higher than mere standard. When describing a person’s qualities, it is generally the qualities themselves that are mentioned; I’ve never heard anyone talk about what that person’s ‘quality’ is like (haha)
