How to conduct a dynamic pressure drop experiment?

During the hydrogen pressure increase process to start up the hydrocracking unit, a dynamic pressure drop test is conducted; a value of no more than 0.3 MPa is considered acceptable. How is this dynamic pressure drop test carried out? I would appreciate it if the experts could give me some advice. Thank you!
For airtightness testing, we usually measure the static pressure drop; once a certain pressure is reached, we wait for several hours to observe the pressure drop, as it seems that the dynamic pressure drop doesn’t hold much significance
