June 02nd – today is my birthday, and I really feel that life is difficult

I used to work at a medium-sized state-owned enterprise, but I couldn’t resist the temptation and switched to a newly established private joint-stock company. I have been working for three years; in 2014, I was owed 2 months’ salary, in 2015 I was owed 4 months’ salary, and this year I am owed 1 month’s salary. The industry is in a downturn – what should we do?
